Data migration is a $399 one-time fee, or $999 white-glove. Sixpence is Starter $149/month or Pro $249/month, unlimited users, a 14-day trial, and migration is free.

Who makes Poppy Bridal?

Poppy is built and sold by Gravity Payments, the Seattle card processor. Card processing in Poppy runs through Gravity and its Clover and PAX devices. Sixpence is founder-built, and cards run on Stripe or Square — whichever the shop already has.

Can I keep my card processor with Sixpence?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sixpence takes cards through Stripe or Square terminals, with no monthly fee or penalty for choosing either. There is no Sixpence-branded processing to switch to.

What does Sixpence have that Poppy doesn't list?

Alterations tickets, tuxedo and suit rentals with a reservation calendar, the wedding party with a dye-lot warning on split orders, the free prom registry with a public is-my-dress-taken page, and the online rack. Poppy's own features page (October 2026) lists none of these. Poppy does list buy-now-pay-later financing and a native iOS app, which Sixpence does not have.

Can I move my Poppy data into Sixpence?

Yes, by CSV export — the founder does it with you on the phone, at no charge. There is no API importer for Poppy yet.
