What is published (bridallive.com, August 2026): the Client Portal add-on is $110/month, Reputation Management is $119/month, Tuxedo Rentals is $99/month, extra stores are $120/month, and a $295/month per-location fee applies if you don't use their payment processing. Sixpence publishes its pricing: Starter $149/month, Pro $249/month, with those features included.

Can I import my BridalLive data into Sixpence?

Yes. Paste your BridalLive Retailer ID and API key and Sixpence pulls brides, vendors, inventory, and gown photos across directly; CSV exports work too. The import is safe to re-run, nothing duplicates, and migration is free.

Does Sixpence charge per user or per seat?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Sixpence plan includes unlimited staff accounts. Plans differ by features, not by how many people you employ.

Is Sixpence really cheaper than BridalLive?

Not always — if you'd run BridalLive with no add-ons on a small-team tier, the totals may be close. The gap opens when you want the client portal, review management, tuxedo rentals, or your own card processor: those are included with Sixpence and priced separately there.

What if I try Sixpence and it isn't for me?

The 14-day trial needs no card and ends with an email, not a charge. After that it's month-to-month, and you can export everything you brought in — plus everything since — whenever you like.
